1. Who we are Emtaz is an employee benefits platform . These terms govern your use of the Emtaz app and website. By creating an account you accept them. 2. Who may use Emtaz Emtaz is a closed platform. Access is granted to employees of participating organisations, and eligibility is established by a work email address on a domain the operator has approved. Your account is personal: it may not be shared, sold or transferred. If you leave the participating organisation, your eligibility to use Emtaz may end. 3. Your account You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what is done through your account. Tell us as soon as you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account where we believe these terms have been broken or where an account is being used fraudulently. 4. Offers, prices and availability Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar and include any taxes stated at checkout. Each offer carries its own conditions — the period it is valid for, how many times one employee may use it, and any conditions the merchant applies. Those conditions are shown with the offer and form part of these terms for that purchase. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. 5. Payment Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time of purchase. We do not store your full card details. An order that is not paid within the time shown at checkout is cancelled automatically and any hold on it is released. 6. Redemption codes Some purchases are fulfilled by a redemption code you present to the merchant. Each code is valid for the period shown on it and can be redeemed once. An expired code cannot be reinstated; a refund request for an unused expired purchase is handled under section 8. 7. Bookings Where a booking is held pending payment, the hold expires if payment is not completed and the slot is released to other customers. The cancellation and amendment conditions for a booking are those shown for it at the time it is made. 8. Returns, cancellations and refunds A request to return an item or cancel a booking is made through the app and is reviewed against the conditions shown for that purchase. Where a refund is due it is returned to the payment method used. We process the refund; how long it then takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer. 9. Invoices and credit notes An issued invoice is a permanent record and is never amended. Where an amount changes after issue — a return, a cancellation, a correction — a separate credit note is issued against it, and the two documents are read together. 10. Messages Participating organisations may send circulars and surveys to their employees through Emtaz. Messages about your own orders, bookings and account are part of the service. 11. Your content Where you submit content — a support request, a survey answer, a review — it remains yours, and you give us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for. 12. Responsibility We take care to describe offers accurately. The goods and services themselves are supplied by the merchant, and the merchant remains responsible for what it supplies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Kuwaiti law that cannot be limited by agreement. 13. Privacy How we handle your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. 14. Changes to these terms We may publish a new version of these terms. Each version carries its own number and effective date, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account. Continuing to use Emtaz after a new version takes effect is acceptance of that version. 15. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

1. من نحن إمتاز منصة مزايا للموظفين . تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق إمتاز وموقعه. وبإنشائك حسابًا فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط. 2. من يحق له استخدام إمتاز إمتاز منصة مغلقة. يُمنح الوصول إليها لموظفي الجهات المشاركة، وتثبت الأهلية ببريد إلكتروني تابع لجهة العمل على نطاق معتمد من المشغّل. حسابك شخصي: لا يجوز مشاركته أو بيعه أو نقله. وإذا انتهت علاقتك بجهة العمل المشاركة فقد تنتهي أهليتك لاستخدام إمتاز. 3. حسابك أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعمّا يجري عبر حسابك. أبلغنا فور اعتقادك أن حسابك استُخدم دون إذنك. ويجوز لنا إيقاف الحساب إذا رأينا أن هذه الشروط قد خُرقت أو أن الحساب يُستخدم بصورة احتيالية. 4. العروض والأسعار والتوافر تُعرض الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي وتشمل أي ضرائب مذكورة عند الدفع. ولكل عرض شروطه الخاصة: مدة سريانه، وعدد المرات التي يجوز فيها للموظف الواحد الاستفادة منه، وأي شروط يضعها التاجر. وتُعرض هذه الشروط مع العرض وتُعدّ جزءًا من هذه الشروط بالنسبة لتلك العملية. والتوافر غير مضمون إلى أن يُؤكَّد الطلب. 5. الدفع يُستوفى الدفع عبر مزوّد الدفع لدينا وقت الشراء. ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك كاملة. والطلب الذي لا يُدفع خلال المدة المبينة عند الدفع يُلغى تلقائيًا ويُفرج عن أي حجز عليه. 6. رموز الاستبدال تُنفَّذ بعض العمليات برمز استبدال تقدّمه للتاجر. ويسري كل رمز للمدة المبينة عليه ويُستخدم مرة واحدة. ولا يمكن إعادة تفعيل رمز منتهٍ؛ ويُعالج طلب استرداد قيمة عملية منتهية غير مستخدمة وفق البند 8. 7. الحجوزات عند حجز موعد بانتظار الدفع، ينتهي الحجز المؤقت إذا لم يكتمل الدفع ويُتاح الموعد لعملاء آخرين. وشروط الإلغاء والتعديل الخاصة بالحجز هي المبينة له وقت إجرائه. 8. الإرجاع والإلغاء والاسترداد يُقدَّم طلب إرجاع منتج أو إلغاء حجز عبر التطبيق، ويُراجَع وفق الشروط المبينة لتلك العملية. وحين يستحق الاسترداد يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة. ونحن ننفّذ الاسترداد، أما المدة التي يستغرقها وصول المبلغ إليك فتعتمد على بنكك أو مُصدِر بطاقتك. 9. الفواتير وإشعارات الدائن الفاتورة الصادرة سجل دائم ولا تُعدَّل أبدًا. وإذا تغيّر المبلغ بعد الإصدار — لإرجاع أو إلغاء أو تصحيح — يصدر إشعار دائن مستقل مقابلها، ويُقرأ المستندان معًا. 10. الرسائل يجوز للجهات المشاركة إرسال تعاميم واستطلاعات إلى موظفيها عبر إمتاز. والرسائل المتعلقة بطلباتك وحجوزاتك وحسابك جزء من الخدمة. 11. المحتوى الذي تقدّمه حين تقدّم محتوى — طلب دعم أو إجابة استطلاع أو تقييمًا — يبقى ملكًا لك، وتمنحنا الإذن باستخدامه للغرض الذي قدّمته من أجله. 12. المسؤولية نحرص على وصف العروض وصفًا دقيقًا. أما السلع والخدمات نفسها فيوردها التاجر، ويظل التاجر مسؤولًا عمّا يورده. ولا يحدّ أي مما ورد في هذه الشروط من أي حق يكفله لك القانون الكويتي ولا يجوز الاتفاق على تقييده. 13. الخصوصية توضّح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية تعاملنا مع معلوماتك الشخصية، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط. 14. تعديل هذه الشروط يجوز لنا نشر إصدار جديد من هذه الشروط. ولكل إصدار رقمه وتاريخ سريانه، ويُسجَّل الإصدار الذي وافقت عليه على حسابك. واستمرارك في استخدام إمتاز بعد سريان إصدار جديد يُعدّ قبولًا به. 15. القانون الواجب التطبيق تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص محاكم الكويت بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
